Quality Personnel is an
independently owned staffing company that has been serving south
central Kentucky since 1977. Currently, we have 6 offices and serve
hundreds of large corporations and small companies. Our dedicated
staff of 28 individuals operates an entity that has produced an
economic impact of more than 300 million dollars to the communities
that we service.
Quality Personnel is women owned and has been certified as a Women’s
Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National
Council (WBENC). Quality Personnel is Workers Compensation Risk
Certified (WRC) by the American Staffing Association. WRC Certified
designation affirms operational excellence with the staffing
industry pertaining to safety and risk management. This includes
operating facilities, pre-employment screening, personnel records,
interview and employee selection, employee orientation, client
selection and safety partnership, accident and injury
investigations, modified duty and claims management.
